Organised by team of individuals with a range of abilities, all funds raised on the night will go towards the Power of Ability Project, a Bathurst-based organisation that looks to help find jobs and provide skill development for people with a disability.
The Power of Ability Project was launched in September last year when Ivory Rose Botanicals owner Maddie Veitch saw a need to help fill the void in disability services.
The project's looks to help empower and inspire people with any form of disabilities to be the best version of themselves and to find their place in the workforce.
Its collective goal is to create a movement of positive awareness around the possibilities one can become when reaching for their goals and focusing on what they can do rather than what they can't.
A team of eight have been organising the event for six months and now they're keen for the Bathurst community to come along on Saturday and support the event.
"We'll have a bubble machine, band, smoke machine, dancing, food and alcohol," organiser Olivia Curtis said.
"Anyone can come and it's going to be a big night."
Music on the night will be by Barabbas, with a photo booth from the Central West Photo Booth Hire, a dessert bar, canapes and other surprises also on offer on the night.
The team organisers had to make a budget and then organise everything for the big night.
Eighty-five tickets had been sold as of Tuesday morning, with 100 the target set by the organising team.
The venue can cater for 300 people and while ticket sales cut off at 8pm on Wednesday, for catering purposes, people will be able to buy tickets afterwards by contacting the Facebook page - @thepowerofabilityproject.
Dress code on the night is black and white colour palette in a party/cocktail style.
Doors will open at 6pm.
BoxGrove has donated the venue for the night.
